Volunteer Driver Program

Are you looking for a volunteer opportunity? Drivers are needed to get community members to their out of town medical appointments.

The Volunteer Driver Program provides two services:

1. Affordable transportation to appointments for residents who are unable to afford other options, or who require a socially supportive transportation option if friends/Family are unable to meet their need.

2. A meaningful volunteer experience to supportive volunteers in the community interested in meeting transportation needs.

• Fees for trips are based on a flat rate depending on destination and starting point.

• Some government benefit programs will reimburse a passenger for their trip.
