KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Make bulk fuel deliveries to UFA members and customers as required. Knowledge of the County of Stettler and surrounding counties an asset.
Load bulk fuel onto trucks. Follow UFA’s bulk fuel loading procedures and OH&S safety procedures to ensure fuel products are safely loaded.
Unload bulk fuel at UFA member yards and tanks. Follow UFA’s bulk fuel unloading procedures and OH&S safety procedures to ensure fuel products are safely unloaded.
Ensure to comply with all Transportation and OH&S regulations as well as UFA Fleet policies on truck maintenance, driver logbooks, bulk fuel delivery load logs, and bulk fuel truck inspections. Always adhere to UFA Commercial Driver expectations and policies.
Provide customer service within UFA’s customer service guidelines, including heavy lifting on a frequent basis.
Perform other duties: i.e.: participate in afterhours deliveries as required; maintain cardlock and assist with cleaning and maintenance including snow removal; assist with warehouse inventory management, assist with weekly and monthly site inspections when scheduled, etc.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Clean Class 1, or 3 with a driver’s abstract.
First Aid
Previous fuel delivery truck experience an asset but not required.
Must have basic computer literacy skills and an aptitude for leaning the computer systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
