Position Overview

Bond-O Security Systems, an authorized alarm security dealership, is looking for a Security/Alarm Technician with strong technical and communication skills who gets excited about the security industry and its growing future.


This is a permanent position (40 hrs per week) and the successful candidate will work with a team to complete system designs, installations, and service. Note: There is a three-month probationary period.


Responsibilities

As a Service Technician you will be responsible for:

  • Installing, maintaining, and repairing household and business electronic equipment such as alarm systems, access control systems, video systems, and more.

  • Providing a continued outstanding customer experience.

  • Ensuring our clients receive exceptional service throughout the entire sales process, install, and after sales support by helping them get the most from their security system.

  • A strong professional appearance and mannerism will be expected.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum High School Diploma Valid driver's license in good standings Provide a clean criminal record check
