Customer service and interaction to find problem solving solutions is a key responsibility of the Sales Associate position. As a sales associate, it is necessary to work effectively with our customers, as well as our team at 4L Communications Inc., to provide information about products and services to find the right solution to our customers’ needs. This position also involves stocking merchandise when appropriate, as well as individually assigned duties.

Position Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service from initial greeting to the final sale

  • Assess customer needs and match those needs with the appropriate solution

  • Contract with customers on behalf of TELUS

  • Complete all necessary paperwork to company standards

  • Demonstrate features and benefits of products to customers

  • Cross-sell and up-sell the appropriate product and services to meet customer needs

  • Maintain appropriate merchandising levels on and off the sales floor

  • Become a product expert in the telecommunications industry

  • Keep a professional image in appearance, conduct, and mannerisms

  • Meet prescribed sales objectives

  • Make calls and send texts to potential customers and current customer base through the use of Statflo


Experience/Knowledge Required

  • Excellent communication skills with a strong sense of customer service

  • Knowledge and obedience to 4L Communications Inc. policies and procedures

  • Knowledge in the technological industry related to 4L’s products and services

  • Self-motivated and self-managed

  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining a customer first mentality

  • High level of enthusiasm

  • Critical decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills
