Understanding Emotional Regulation

Explore how emotions develop in the teen brain and why emotional ups and downs are a normal part of this stage. You'll walk away with tools to help your teen recognize, and regulate big emotions in healthy ways.
Managing Anger & Aggression

Learn how to model and reinforce self-regulation, set and maintain boundaries, and use co-regulation techniques to support your teen through moments of frustration or outbursts.
Navigating Grief & Loss

Whether it's the loss of a loved one, a friendship, or a major life transition, grief can take many forms. Explore and learn tools to help your teen express and process their grief, build resilience, and develop coping strategies.
