PT Office Admin, Stettler Gymnastics Club - Apply by June 28

Stettler Gymnastics Club is growing! We are currently looking for an office administrator.


Reporting to the Board of Directors, the office administrator will be required to work set office hours approximately three days a week (total of 4 to 8 hours a week depending on seasonal demands and club activities). Your primary goal is to efficiently manage the day to day operations of the club. More specifically, the scope of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing the registration process for families

  • Collect and manage all payments and registration fees

  • Data entry

  • Cash handling

  • Responsible for all parent/family communications

  • Primary point of contact for all inquiries related to club classes, schedules and events


Ideally the successful candidate has the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent communication and time management skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Experience using Microsoft office specifically Word, Excel Responsible cash handling

  • Available to work consistent office hours during class times Monday to Friday after 3:00 pm, beginning late August and through until end of June of each club season.

Employment Status: casual, part time

Compensation: $18 - $22/hr depending on experience

Start Date: August 26, 2024.
