
The Village of Donalda is hiring a part-time Assistant Chief Administrative Officer.
This part time permanent position reports to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). This is a senior administrative position responsible for a wide range of confidential responsibilities related to administrative support and office functions. The Assistant CAO is responsible for performing daily office functions such as but not limited to cash receipts, accounts payable, utility billing, administering payroll, month-end reports, bank reconciliations, payroll, managing social media accounts, and interacting with the public, government agencies, and contractors.
Requirements:
Intermediate knowledge of full cycle accounting, including month end and year end procedures
Provide distinguished customer experience with a people first attitude, problem solving acumen and professional ethics
Self management and strong work ethic to prioritize the weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual deadlines of the department
Intermediate knowledge and skill within the Microsoft Office suite of applications including advanced Excel formatting skills
Administration of the Operational and Accounting ERP Systems
Manage the electronic and paper filing methodologies including archival documentation
Ability to work cooperatively and amicably in a team or independently environment with a safety-first attitude.
Possess and maintain a valid Class 5 AB driver's license.
