FlareTech is seeking an Office Administrator to join our growing company. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year experience in administration, bookkeeping, or a relative role. The position is a full-time position, but flexible as a part-time position for the right candidate.
Duties include a range of administrative and financial tasks:
Office operations
Accounts Payable
Processing expenses, bank deposits, cheque issuance
File management including confidential material and information
Payroll
Reception as and when required
Bank, postal, and pick-up runs
Qualities/skills that are an asset include:
Previous work in office administration, office management, or relative role.
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
Experience working with Simply Accounting or other accounting/bookkeeping systems.
Experience in processing expenses, bank deposits, cheque issuance.
Comfortable with handling phone conversations with supplier AP.
Willingness to take on tasks as needed.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Communication, organizational, and time management skills.
