John's stories and photography will make you yearn to travel - he has completed over 20 successful Arctic expeditions.
Born and educated in England, John graduated in geology from London University and worked in mineral exploration in the Australian Outback. He now lives in Calgary and was made a Fellow of the Royal Canadian Geographical Society for his efforts in promoting awareness of Canada's arctic geography.
