Central Alberta Umpires are looking for some interested people, for even a couple of nights a week.
Earn $35 per game (90-105 minutes on the diamond).
Work regular season weeknights and/or weekend tournaments.
Develop personal skills such as teamwork, self-confidence, cooperation, decision-making, and public speaking.
New umpires receive a CASUA umpire shirt to wear on the diamond.
What do you need to do?
Go to their website and fill out the New Umpire form: https://casua.ca/rookies-and-parents/new-umpire-registration/.
Complete the online theory session, and attend an in-person mechanics clinic.
Pay the $100 registration fee, which includes the clinic, insurance, rule book, umpire shirt, and Softball Canada/Softball Alberta membership.
Get on the diamond ready to work and have fun
