ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – HEART HAVEN LODGE

An excellent opportunity exists for a self-motivated and energetic Administrative Assistant to join our team.
We seek an individual with strong multitasking, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills to provide administrative, operational, and project-related assistance. The ability to work with seniors is the most important skill required.
The ideal candidate will have:
Ability to respond to seniors’ needs and concerns.
Formal business office training and at least two years of office experience.
Experience in scheduling, benefits, pensions, and accounting procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (including but not limited to Outlook, Excel, and Word).
Exceptional Interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to balance competing priorities and work independently without supervision.
Strong ability to learn and adapt to new programs and processes quickly.
Reliable, trustworthy, and honest.
Commitment to health and safety.
Acceptable Criminal Records Check for Vulnerable Sectors.
