Don't toss your tree - chip it!
Between December 27 - January 31, bring your real Christmas Tree (with all decorations removed) to the Stettler Transfer Site or the 51 Ave & 57 Street Compost Bin location. The Town Public Works staff will chip the trees for mulch.
