An excellent opportunity exists for a self-motivated and energetic Administrative Assistant to join our team.
We are looking for an individual with strong multitasking, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills to provide administrative, operational, and project-related assistance. The ability to work with seniors is the most important skill required.
The ideal candidate will have:
Ability to respond to seniors’ needs and concerns.
Formal business office training along with a minimum of two years of office experience.
Experience in scheduling, benefits, pensions, and accounting procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (including but not limited to Outlook, Excel, Word).
Exceptional Interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to balance competing priorities and work independently with little or no supervision.
Strong ability to learn and adapt to new programs and processes quickly.
Reliable, trustworthy, and honest.
Commitment to health and safety.
Acceptable Criminal Records Check for Vulnerable Sector.
